Summer Meal Membership Prices

Students must be enrolled for the Summer term in which they are applying for a meal membership. Unused meals at the end of the Summer term do not carry over to the Fall semester. Meal memberships dropped during the semester will be prorated at a daily rate regardless of usage. Students are responsible for all charges and additional fees.

Students are required to maintain a meal membership, which is assigned based on credit hours, if living on campus regardless of housing assignment. “On campus” includes all Loft housing and apartments.

Meal membership prices listed below are per semester.

Students with 0-29 credit hours living on campus are automatically enrolled in the Unlimited Plus meal plan, with the option to change to the Unlimited or Unlimited Platinum.

Students with 30-59 credit hours living on campus are automatically enrolled in the Any 14 Plus meal plan and may change to the Any 14, Any 14 Platinum, Unlimited, Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Platinum.

Students with 60 or more credit hours living on campus are automatically enrolled in the Any 10 Plus meal plan but may choose the 130 Block, 130 Block Platinum, Any 10, Any 10 Platinum, Any 14, Any 14 Plus, Any 14 Platinum, Unlimited, Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Platinum.

Commuter students or students with 90 + earned credit hours are eligible for any meal plan.

NOTE: There is a 30 minute delay between permitted meal swipes. If you swipe for a meal at 12:15 p.m., you will not be eligible to swipe for an additional meal until 12:45 p.m.

These plans are non-transferable and must be used by the cardholder only. Misuse of another individual’s Bear Card to purchase meals or enter dining facilities will result in the card being confiscated, referral to student judicial, and a $50 fee for card return and reactivation.

Unlimited Platinum

The Unlimited Platinum plan includes UNLIMITED meal swipes in the Fresh Food Company or Farmers Market location. 10 meal exchanges PER WEEK to be used at Panda Express, Chick-fil-A, Einstein Bros. Bagels, or The Drop. $275 Dining Dollars and $100 Bear Bucks* to be used at any of these locations.

Fall Dining Dollars will roll over into Spring usage as long as a meal membership is purchased for the Spring semester. Should you NOT purchase a Spring meal membership, you will forfeit Fall Dining Dollars. Should you withdraw during Spring semester, you will forfeit Fall and Spring Dining Dollars.

*BEAR BUCKS do not expire.

Funds continue to roll over until graduation or withdrawal. At that time only, amounts over $25 are refundable.
